What are user credits, and how do they work?
Credits on PyBazaar is an internal monetary system, used for accessing specific features, such as boosting posts.
How can I purchase or earn user credits?
Every user gets 100 credits when they sign up, and then 50 credits for loyalty every month.
Additional credits can be bought at User menu ➔ Credits.
Can I earn credits by referring other developers or clients to the platform?
It is not possible to earn credits with affiliate links at the moment. If you find such a feature useful, please contact us and let us know.
Credit Management
Do credits expire?
Credits do not expire. They will belong to your account as long as PyBazaar is online and maintained.
Can I transfer credits to another user?
You cannot transfer your credits to another user, but you can use your credits to boost other user's posts: profiles, opportunities, or resources.
How do I resolve issues with my credits (e.g., missing or incorrect credits)?
If you find any issues with credits, please contact us ASAP, best within a week, as we store database backups for 1 week only.
